Will Roland release a software update for better chroma key performance in V-1HD switcher?

- I purchased the Roland V-1HD switcher for our production company, hoping to use it with a green or blue screen during a two-way. However, after conducting multiple tests with different backgrounds and lighting, we found the chroma key performance to be unsatisfactory.
- Is there any plan for Roland to release a software update in the near future to improve the chroma key performance of the V-1HD switcher?
- We are looking for better results with chroma keying using the Roland V-1HD switcher. Will there be any software updates available soon for improved performance?

Dear Sir or Madam,
I bought the Roland V-1D switcher for our small production company. The idea was it to use the swicher in combination with a green oder blu screen during a two-way. But we did many tests with different backgrounds and different lighting, the result was always not satisfying.
Do you plan to release a software update in the near future with better chroma key performance?
