I bought the Sofina IP base care mousse serum 180g。on4 Nov in上野御徒町店but your. staff didn’t give the bottle spray cap . I can‘t use. please post me back the spray cap for me?? 我買的時候沒有跟-個噴咀給我,不能使用,能否寄-個到香港給我,謝謝

This product is for refilling and does not come with a nozzle.

You could return or exchange the product at the store you purchased within 7 days from the day you purchased.
You can call the phone number starts with 4 digit"0120" which is toll free number in Japan. It's in the bottom of the receipt.

If you still can't find the lid with a nozzle, you need to call the customer service of Sophina. I hope you'll find a phone number in「お問い合わせ」or 「カスタマーサービス」section on the product. They'll immediately ship it for free.
No one can deal with the problem at the drug store.
I hope you can explain the issue in Japanese or you will find someone who can do it for you. Over 90% of customer service specialists cannot speak English in Japan from my experience.
P.S. The product can be used after removing the rings inside of the cap which are below the nozzle and above the bottle. After removing, you just put the nozzle back on the bottle. Done!
