ンテル® OptaneTM メモリーの状態を確認

全てのアプリにIntel® OptaneTM Memory and Storage Managementが無いので確認が取れません。「デバイス マネージャー」の「ディスク ドライブ」の下に、「Intel Optane+***GBHDD」と表示されますとマニュアルに記載されていますが、有りません。ご教示お願い致します。

まずはお使いのPCの正確な型番を書きましょう。
PC本体底面や背面に貼られたシールに記載があります。
可能性としてはOptaneメモリー自体の故障などでしょうか。
またマニュアルがOptaneメモリー搭載のものと非搭載のものとで共通になっていて元ともお使いのPCがOptaneメモリーを搭載していないって事も考えられます。
