mouse assistant 5 not able to assign functions to certain buttons. also, when i assign a function to the corresponding numbered button, the function operates on another button. e.g., volume up assigned tp button 7, but works on button 9 instead...is the assistant not compatible with windows 11? or, is there something i nbeed to do with a setting on my pc prior to using the assistant?

In this trouble, Mouse Assistant is not the cause.
The cause may be that M-RT1BR does not support Windows 11.
Windows 11 is not in the result on the manufacturer's correspondence table.

Unfortunately it is not available for windows 11.
