Lavie Tab 9QHD1 and WiFi

I Have a problem with Wi-Fi Connection with Lavie Tab 9QHD1.
It cannot access to Wi-Fi, if It has no CA certification.
I just want to connect to Wi-Fi, with no CA certification like before.
Should I downgrade the its software version?
Its android version is 13
and the software version is
LAVIETab9QHD1_NEC_OPEN_USER-Q00031.0_T_ZUI_15.0.022_ST_240205
